IT Operations
- Ensure the availability and stability of plant IT services.
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee service quality, SLA performance, and incident management.
SAP & Corporate Services
- Coordinate SAP RUN operations.
- Manage SAP support providers and monitor operational KPIs.
- Support the resolution of critical incidents.
Vendor Management
- Oversee service delivery, contracts, and continuous improvement plans.
- Evaluate technology partners and manage operational budgets within approved limits.
Incident & Business Management
- Lead the response to operational incidents and crisis situations.
- Act as the main IT point of contact for plant management.
- Translate business needs into effective operational actions.
Leadership
- Manage priorities, resources, and service coverage.
- Lead internal teams and external providers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Spain
- Extensive experience leading large SAP organizations within complex international environments.
- 8-15 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Delivery.
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong track record managing business-critical IT services.
- Experience overseeing vendors and service delivery contracts.
- Experience working within international organizations and complex environments.
