Provide support to the internal Customer experience team.Here's what you'll be rocking every dayCommercial Back-office support roleSoftwares: SAP/Procis/windowsTasks:- Creating customer Proforma Invoice and Order- Launching technical documentation- Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments- Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations- Fragance codes release request- Quotation new fragrances with our pricing calculator- Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.




- Register and follow up of customer non-conformities- Olfactive pyramids generation- Marketing materials and promo-kits preparation.
- Customer Service or support role is preferred.
