leading and planning a network with suppliers, manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery, with full accountability for customer delivery, cost, and cash. nu Drive customer delivery excellence across the supply chain, with a strong focus on OTIF, forecast accuracy, and service reliability in a fast growing and complex global environment. nu Own and improve cost efficiency and cash performance, including logistics cost optimization and inventory management, while supporting scalable growth. nu Lead and develop a global, matrixed organization of direct and indirect reports, governing value streams across multiple factories, a general distribution center, towards our regions. nu Act as a senior sparring partner to Product Management, Commercial Management, Operations, and Regional Supply Chain leaders to align supply chain decisions with business priorities. nu Shape and implement the category based operating model,
