Internal advisory: Support the resolution of employee queries related to the collective bargaining agreement, employment rights, leave policies, vacation entitlements, and Spanish labour legislationEmployee and labour relations: Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for Employee Representatives (Works Council), labour inspections, and collective bargaining processes.




Prepare meeting minutes and presentations related to employment and labour relations topicsCase management and compliance: Support the administration and follow-up of disciplinary processes, organisational restructuring initiatives, administrative conciliation procedures, and employment litigation matters, while ensuring compliance with Spanish labour legislation and internal policiesReporting and international projects: Prepare labour relations reports and documentation in English, contributing to the monitoring of key metrics and supporting the general People & Culture teamWhat are we looking for?
Education: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Law, or a Master's/Postgraduate qualification specialising in Labour Law or Employment Law in SpainLanguages: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and interpret corporate
