Responsibilities
Manage fixed asset activities including creation, activation, tracking, and documentation
Review and support accounts payable entries and invoice processing accuracy
Verify recurring expense invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Support month-end close activities including vendor accruals and expense reconciliations
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial processes
Requirements
Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Fluency in Spanish and English languages
Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn finance systems
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Availability for 40 hours per week over 12 months
Previous experience with Coupa, Concur, JDE, or similar finance tools preferred
