Descúbralo a continuación.Role OverviewWe are looking for a SEO & Ads Specialist who can manage performance ads, improve organic discoverability, optimize landing pages, and run data-driven experiments across paid and organic channels.
This role works directly with the Marketing Team Lead, as well as our Content, Design, and Tech teams to execute campaigns that drive verified signups, deposits, trading volume, and ROI-positive traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Acquisition & PPCPlan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other relevant networksDefine targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, funnels,



and remarketing flowsManage ad budgets and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and CAC targetsMonitor performance and continuously adjust creatives, audiences, and landing pagesImplement retargeting and conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, UTM, API, etc.)SEO & Organic GrowthConduct keyword research and develop content topics/maps relevant to crypto, trading, savings, and fintechOptimize website and landing pages for SEO (technical + on-page + off-page)Conduct site audits and fix issues related to indexing, performance, structure, metadata, schema, etc.Build and manage backlink strategies (influencers, directories, crypto media, PR)Track SEO performance and organic user acquisitionAnalytics & ReportingSet up conversion tracking and attribution modelsMonitor key performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reportsAnalyze funnels, user behavior, and conversion flowsRecommend improvements to increase conversion rate and LTVKey
