Description
Builds and owns the end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle and loyalty blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal, driving engagement, customer value, retention, service communication, and cross-/upsell opportunities throughout the customer relationship.
Your Tasks
End-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal
Definition of post-purchase and always-on campaigns
Ownership of onboarding communication and feature education
Development of cross- and upsell logic during contract life
Coordination of implementation with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams
Alignment of lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights
Integration of Telco use cases into the existing Loyalty ecosystem
Best-practice sharing and standardization across countries
Tracking and optimization of business case performance throughout the customer lifecycle
Your Profile
Degree in Business, Marketing, CRM, Digital Business, or similar
Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement




Experience translating journeys into campaigns and communications
Strong understanding of in-life value creation
Experience in loyalty programs, customer retention, or customer value management
Experience in telecommunications, mobile subscriptions, or related subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred
International and cross-functional experience is beneficial but not required
