As a Talent Acquisition Administrator based at our office in Alicante Airport, you will support us to find the right talent to ensure every customer has a Lovely Holiday
What will you be doing?




Hybrid working – We're in the office together 2 days each week allowing crucial collaboration to take placeWork as one Team with our Talent Acquisition Partners to help deliver a high-quality candidate experienceReviewing high volume ofcandidate applicationsRespond to email enquiries from candidatesConduct high volume phone-based interviewsManage the offer process for successful candidatesSupport the planning and setup ofinterviewsandinterview daysAdminister compliance processes and digital interview document filingWhat are we looking for?
Proven strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a telecoms role or working in a fast-paced environment under pressure is highly desirableExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing work accurately and efficiently.A positive, adaptable and motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills and processes.Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.High level of both English and SpanishWe look forward to your application
