What you will do in this role
Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects




Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English
Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
