Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and execution-focused Talent Management Project Specialist to support the Director – Talent Management in delivering several strategic people initiatives over a six-month period.
This role is idóneo for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building processes, coordinating complex projects, and working across multiple stakeholders.



The successful candidate will provide project management, operational support, data analysis, and coordination across key talent management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is a delivery-focused role requiring someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while engaging confidently with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management Project Delivery
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic Talent Management initiatives.
Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and action trackers across multiple workstreams.
Prepare project updates, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership meetings.
Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on deliverables with stakeholders.
Performance Management
Support the administration and execution of the performance management cycle.
