We are looking for a customer-focused Product Specialist to help B2B customers maximize the value of an innovative mobile reality-capture solution. Working closely with developers, UX designers, product managers, and commercial teams, you will help ensure new features meet real-world customer needs. You will also contribute to product releases, beta-testing initiatives, and data-driven product decisions in an international, multicultural environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and influencing the evolution of a growing software product.
Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback to product managers, developers, and UX designers to help prioritize improvements and ensure the product addresses real-world needs.
Beta Testing and Customer Engagement:
Coordinate beta-testing initiatives with key B2B customers, collect early feedback on new features,



and organize follow-up discussions to gain deeper insights into customer needs, workflows, and product expectations.
Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to validate customer feedback, identify emerging patterns, and support data-informed product decisions.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
General Customer Support Alignment:
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a focus on geospatial technologies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a C2 level, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
Familiarity with product development, analytics, and customer support tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, and Mixpanel.
