Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy
Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement




Ensuring premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacy
Are proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English
Have a background working for/in the German Market
Are a natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
Can work independently whilst also collaborating with team members to maximize individual and company performance
Have exceptional communication skills, ability to speak confidently with senior executives, capacity to influence decision-makers
Have strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills
Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
Salary 20,484 euros gross/year + up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
