Your missions Act as lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator, etc.)
and HTA submissions Interact with clients to understand their needs Identify optimal methodological solutions to address client needs Lead implementation of solutions and development of high-quality deliverables Lead client meetings Act as project manager on Health Economics and HTA projects Serve as main point of contact for clients Coordinate work of internal team members Represent company expertise in presentations, conferences, and external events; contribute to proposal preparation Provide management and technical support to team members within Health Economics and Market Access department Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development) Deliver on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team Act as Project Manager, Lead Analyst, and/or technical advisor on specialty projects Ensure optimal staffing and quality of deliverables within your cluster Set standards of excellence and transmit know-how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision Support development of project extensions or proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients Support development of proposals within area of expertise (doc3) Your prof
