Lead the Service & Bar departments, ensure quality standards, cost control, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic hotel/hostel hybrid environment.
You'll manage a diverse team of around 10, focusing on training, coaching, and development.English and Spanish fluency (min. B2) required; other languages advantageous.
On-site role with regular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
