and solve users' demandsTake incoming calls from boutiques and shops and resolve demandsLog call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLAMaintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersYour qualificationsAre proficient or bilingual in Italian plus an advanced level of EnglishHave good disposition to work in a customer service environmentHave customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needCan take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolutionIt would be a plus if you have:Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configurationDon't meet every requirement?
