A few examples of your responsibilities Shape our intellectual property strategy.
Build and implement sustainable, scalable processes to advance our intellectual property strategy as we grow and expand.
Harvest inventions and identify trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, designs,



and database rights, and drive portfolio decisions and prosecution across all jurisdictions.
Run intellectual property disputes and enforcement.
Draft and negotiate intellectual property agreements.
Review, draft, and negotiate technology and intellectual property agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk.
Build scalable legal tools.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.
Proficiency in English.
You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a period of time, in which you encountered some of the main challenges you'll face in the role.
