In this role, you will provide comprehensive customer assistance to German-speaking clients, ensuring excellent support related to electronic products, services, and technical inquiries.
Offer professional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding electronic products and services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and resolving service-related inquiries efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall customer experience and service quality.
Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
