The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the manufacturing site.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing/Operations, the role drives operational excellence, business growth, digital transformation, safety, quality, and people development while ensuring compliance with Signify standards and local regulations.
In other words, this role oversees daily operations to ensure efficient production processes,
