Job Description:
Packaging Operator operates and supports packaging production lines to ensure finished products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality and food safety requirements. This role sets up equipment, monitors line operation, performs routine checks, maintains cleanliness, and completes required records while supporting continuous production operations.
What you'll do
Operate and monitor packaging production lines to meet production requirements
Set up and adjust packaging equipment using touch panels and basic controls
Package finished products according to specifications, regulations, and quality standards
Perform routine self?checks and in?process inspections following established rules
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Perform preventive checks and basic inspections of packaging equipment
Clean production lines and maintain orderly, hygienic work areas
Follow hygiene rules, GMPs, and standard operating procedures




Identify and escalate equipment issues or quality deviations as required
Support continuous production operations and additional packaging tasks as assigned
What you will need to succeed
Secondary school education
1–3 years of experience in packaging, machine operation, or manufacturing production roles
Experience operating or supporting automated or semi?automated production lines
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic computer or touchscreen interface skills
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Ability to work reliably and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Experience in food production, bakery, or confectionery manufacturing (advantage)
