This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond professionally to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status.
Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on product catalog, company policies,



and promotions to provide accurate information.
Provide feedback to management to improve customer service operations and overall customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or web shop environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
