Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality software support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly and efficiently.
Guide users through software features, installations, and updates to maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and issues.




Work closely with technical and development teams to escalate and resolve advanced software problems.
Keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and company products.
Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
Technical aptitude and previous experience in software customer support or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
