Job Title Site Supervisor (90% traveling) Job Description General Description The Site Supervisor prepares and oversees on-site installation and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing teams, and supervising contractors.
This role promotes a strong culture of safety and quality leadership while ensuring adherence to schedules and process maps.
Functions:Responsible for on-site installation activities on regular projects or parts of bigger projects.
Instruct the installation team and delegate installation responsibility to suppliers / partners.
Perform quality checks on installation and the processes.
Create and support a high-quality hand over to commissioning.
Support commissioning during the testing phase.
Organize all site related activities for the project until handover to customer.
Monitor and manage project costs under his responsibility, ensure budget compliance, validate expenses,



and report variances to maintain profitability.Profile Requirements- 2+ years of experience- Willing to travel 85% of the time- Studies in electrical/mechanical engineering or similar- Must have the training or ability certificate, as well as present it.
- Not have criminal or police record due to the location of the project.
