About The Company Scrambly is one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years.
We're growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology — fully bootstrapped and profitable.
Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores — fueled by rewards and data — and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.
As our Video Editor , you will own the edit stage of Scrambly's creative production — a high-volume operation shipping dozens of new video concepts every week across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads. The work spans all kinds of video content and all genres — UGC-style ads, AI-generated video, motion graphics, animation, commercials, real footage with actors. We hire a video editor who can edit videos of any type according to the task and deliver at a professional level every time.
This is not a template-assembly role.

The single most important thing we're hiring for is a real feel for storytelling — a professional foundation in dramaturgy, pacing, film structure, and camera language. You'll work daily with modern AI generation tools, turning generated footage, real footage, and app screen recordings into finished videos. This is a long-term, core-team position with real growth potential — we're building a team, not staffing a project.
