The role requires close collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Customer Support, while maintaining accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce to ensure long‐term partnership health and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across existing MSSP partners to support business objectives
Partner with Solutions Architects (SAs) to understand technical requirements and support deal closure
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‐making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.Fluency in both German and English
