Curates the message bank and tone-of-voice library to ensure consistency across all executive communications
Ensures all content is aligned with HARTING's positioning as a global leading family-owned technology group
Supports the planning and production of town halls, CEO video messages,



and other leadership communication formats
Acts as a reliable operational partner for the Team Lead and the Executive Board's communications needs

Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Media Studies, or a comparable relevant field. 2-4 years of professional experience in communications, content creation, or a comparable field.
Language Proficiency (DE/EN): Proficient in both German and English, with strong writing skills and a keen sense for tone, nuance, and adapting language to individual executive voices.
