We are looking for an In-house Lawyer (Transactions) who, based in Madrid, will provide legal support to the different internal stakeholders across M&A;, development, financing and other transactional matters, as part of the group's Legal Team in a truly international environment.
Provide post-closing legal support to business teams, including compliance with transaction documents, post-closing obligations and enforcement of rights under transaction documents.
Contribute to the establishment and improvement of legal processes, legal technology and AI tools.
Support the Legal Department on a broad range of matters in a fast-growing international business.
Law degree required.
~3-5 years of relevant experience gained at a leading law firm and/or multinational company.
~ Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. German and/or Italian language skills will be positively valued.
