Our partner is looking for a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Spain.

You'll operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment alongside an international team of experienced technology professionals. Global talent sourcing: AI-first recruitment: Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and unconventional channels to develop efficient and innovative recruitment strategies.
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, experience,



motivation, and cultural alignment, providing clear and actionable feedback to hiring managers and leadership.
Partner with founders, team leads, and other stakeholders to streamline recruitment workflows, reduce friction, and improve hiring operations as the organization grows.
Employer branding: Contribute to initiatives, content, and campaigns that strengthen the organization's position as an attractive destination for exceptional global AI and technology talent.
Talent acquisition innovation: Experiment with new sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, workflows, and strategies to continuously raise hiring quality and efficiency.
3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on technology recruitment.
