The Regional Medical Excellence Associate Director/Director will be dedicated to the Region Europe,



and main responsibilities are as follows.
Work with country teams to standardize and drive excellence in the planning and execution of medical activities. This can include Evidence Generation and Dissemination, Field Medical Training, Launch Planning, Scientific Activities Coordination
Support country Medical Director Identifying areas of improvement and efficiency, people development, skills and capability uplift.
Support the learning and development team in developing training programs, personal development plans, to meet key business objectives
G. commercial, medical and PACE, etc...) Support the Region in due diligence activity & Global B&D; programs in close collaboration with the head of Region and General B&D; cross functional team
Field leadership experience including people management, training, and coaching
