The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power general growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. We're looking for Credit Product Manager to lead credit products for SME customers, establish new sales channels, and lower the cost of acquisition.
You'll make sure we offer exceptional support for business lending in Europe and the UK, while partnering with Product Owners and the Engineering team to refine our features.

Ensuring high UX engagement to deliver world-class customer experiences, understanding the full lifecycle of a business customer
Defining, prioritising, and communicating short, mid, and long-term goals for business lending products
Creating market-leading distribution/sales strategies with a high conversion funnel and low cost of acquisition
In-depth knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) lending in Europe and the UK (segments, competitors, best practices, acquisition channels, etc.)
Knowledge of UI/UX and risk management principles
The ability to understand business needs, and analyse data and real-world experiences to prioritise features
A track record of making data-driven decisions
