Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join the Purchasing & Logistics Department. The role covers day-to-day sourcing and purchasing of supplies, goods and equipment for all departments, working closely with vendors and freight companies to ensure timely arrivals.
The successful candidate will manage vendor relationships, track documents, assist with invoicing and reconcile monthly spending with the COO’s Executive Assistant, while maintaining accurate files.
