Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Spain. This is a senior end-to-end product role focused on shaping AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. You will own a key product area within a configurable digital health platform, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The role sits at the intersection of product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral science, UX, and data, with a strong focus on creating measurable value for patients and healthcare professionals.

Own the product area end to end, covering discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and continuous iteration.




Continuously assess the digital health and technology landscape by benchmarking relevant solutions, monitoring emerging innovations, and identifying market trends and best practices.
Use qualitative feedback, behavioral insights, product analytics, and performance data to measure outcomes and continuously improve the product experience.
Maintain accurate and consistent product documentation throughout the software development lifecycle to support traceability, regulatory requirements, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
10+ years of professional Product Management experience, ideally with complex, scalable digital products or platforms.
