In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing accurate sales pipeline reporting across all markets in the UK, delivering weekly advertising revenue forecasts, and developing actionable sales performance metrics that empower commercial leadership to make data-driven growth decisions.
Establish, audit, and enforce HubSpot CRM data hygiene rules and workflow standards to ensure complete accuracy in sales pipeline reporting across all UK commercial markets.
Develop, maintain, and refine predictive forecasting models in HubSpot and BI tools to deliver accurate weekly advertising revenue projections to leadership.
Sales Performance Analytics & Metrics: Define and track key commercial metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal duration, rep productivity, win/loss rates)



to provide clear visibility into overall sales health and individual team performance.
End-to-End HubSpot CRM Optimization: Architect and continuously optimize the HubSpot CRM platform-customizing properties, pipelines, object relationships, and automated workflows to remove friction from the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Process Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and Finance to streamline lead-to-cash workflows, ensuring seamless tracking from lead intake to campaign execution and billing.
Build, maintain, and present executive-level dashboards and self-serve reports, providing sales teams and commercial leaders with transparent, real-time performance insights.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration within digital advertising, media, or tech-driven sectors.
