At Itera Mobility Engineering , we are looking for an Program Manager to join our engineering team and support an important client located in Almussafes, Spain.
The Program Manager will be responsible of leading, planning, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure program activities.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and program requirements.
Serve as the primary program contact, tracking project progress, managing risks, and driving issue resolution and corrective actions.
Oversee program financials, including budgets, forecasts,



cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Manage project dashboards, scorecards, milestones, and key deliverables to maintain visibility and accountability.
Foster collaboration across teams through effective communication, stakeholder management, and team integration activities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field.
~ Must have ability to monitor and administer program design projects.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management.
~ Fluent in written and verbal english at B1 level
