Marketing Manager - THE LUUMA FAMILY About us
Each one has its own identity and experience, but together they form one family and one hospitality brand.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can translate the vision of the family and its three venues into clear, creative and effective marketing actions, and make sure they are brought to life.
You will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing strategy for THE LUUMA FAMILY and its three venues.
You will work closely with the Founders and the Operations Director , connecting the overall vision of the business with the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities.
You will lead the marketing agenda across the group, making sure that ideas, campaigns and opportunities are turned into well-planned and well-executed actions.
Your mission: to turn the vision of THE LUUMA FAMILY, Luuma, Oyana and Moosa into a clear marketing strategy and calendar, and lead its implementation.
Create and develop the overall marketing strategy for THE LUUMA FAMILY and each of its venues .
Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, events and commercial activations, ensuring everything is planned in advance and delivered on time.
Protect and develop the brand identity, visual language and tone of voice of the group and each venue.
Create clear briefs, follow up on projects and ensure the correct delivery of content and campaigns.
Manage the social media channels, newsletters and online presence of all three venues.
Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, traffic, bookings, revenue and customer loyalty.
Measure the results of marketing activities and use these insights to improve future campaigns.
Work closely with Operations, HR and Finance whenever marketing initiatives require coordination between departments.
Balance long-term brand building with commercial and tactical actions that generate results.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing , preferably
