As our next Regional Business Director, you will grow and strategically support our business in Spain, Portugal and Spanish-speaking markets across Africa. About The Job We are looking for a Regional Business Director who will become the cornerstone in the establishment of RaySearch in Iberia. The Regional Business Director will also be responsible for ensuring that relationships with key customers are maintained. The role also has the opportunity to explore business development in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries of Africa. The successful Regional Sales Director must maintain an effective sales in all assigned areas, develop and implement a tactical sales plan. Develop business strategies and organization necessary to meet Iberia sales goals.
Management of local staff.




Direct sales activities and key account management.
Management of distributor agreements.
Monitor installation processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Working with RSL senior management to communicate strategic recommendations.
supports tactical planning and sales planning efforts as related to the strategic growth plans and objectives of the sales channel.
As a Regional Business Director you are passionate about business development and management. Work experience, preferably including experience from radiation oncology and business development and/or sales of complex medical equipment.
Professional network within the Spanish and Portuguese oncology/radiotherapy and medical devices market.
Extensive knowledge of local sales and tender processes.
Strong executive level selling, negotiation and facilitation skills are required.
