We're looking for Arabic & English-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a fast-growing international project supporting one of the world's leading digital platforms.

Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (24/7 operations)
Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.
Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.
Arabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
English: Previous experience in Digital Marketing .
Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising .
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
