Job Requirements
~+ 5 years of previous experience in Payments, selling B2B solutions is a MUST.
~ Previous experience in e-commerce, remittance and digital goods is a MUST.
~ Consultative approach and previous experience in enterprise sales and selling solutions is a MUST.
~ Sales experience, with a proven track record of lead generation, and successfully managing top tier accounts.
~ Experience in fast paced B2B Payments or Fintech firms.
~ Self-motivation and objective-driven.
~ Sales in Payments industry acumen: understanding deal processes, negotiation, calculating realistic deal sizes, make decision based on Data, understand volumes and forecasting.
~ Fluent/advanced in English (written and spoken)
~ Native Spanish is a must.

Job Responsibilities
Our Senior Sales Manager works to identify, contact,



and close relationships with prospective merchants. They are expected to sell through a consultative approach the best solution within our portfolio: Acquiring, orchestration, APM in LATAM, payment solutions for regulated industries.
Full sales cycle expertise: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities: lead generation, outreach and prospecting will be a big part of the role.
Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
Payments Market Insight: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
