You'll craft versatile templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and whatever medium tells the story best. Ownership and passion are key at 1000heads, so we're after a freelancer with an insatiable drive to create award-winning, innovative campaigns, someone who thrives in a distributed team and can work independently while staying closely connected to our London studio.
Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and gorgeous fit-for-purpose final assets, on time and on brand




Work collaboratively with client service and community teams to bring projects to life
Stay on top of social platform trends and bring that thinking into ideation and concepting sessions
Strong knowledge of Figma and After Effects. We tell stories that move, so motion graphics skills are essential
~3+ years of design experience within social media
~ Creative or social media agency experience highly desirable
~ Flexibility to adapt across a range of brand styles and tones
~ Good to excellent written and spoken English
