At Netenders, a integral leader in wholesale blank apparel, you'll own the full customer lifecycle, connecting Marketing, Sales and Customer Service into one revenue engine. Your mission: turn CRM into a measurable growth driver, powered by AI. Your day-to-day:
Run and optimize Klaviyo flows, Salesforce lead scoring, and loyalty/retention programs
Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation
Oversee phone channels : call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution
Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue
Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response times
Your profile:
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) and Salesforce
Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing (Agentforce, Einstein, ChatGPT or similar)
E-commerce background,



ideally with telephony/call tracking exposure (e.G. Aircall)
Analytical, hands-on, comfortable owning strategy from design to results
Fluent English; other European languages a plus
