We are looking for a skilled Documentation & Training Officer to support large-scale European digital and business initiatives within a multicultural and multilingual environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality documentation, guidance materials, communication content and training resources that help users understand and navigate complex business and contractual processes. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, stakeholders and institutional partners to transform complex information into practical,



user-friendly content.
This position combines documentation, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, communication and training responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to impactful European programmes and services.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation, including knowledge articles, FAQs, tutorials, manuals and guidance materials.
- Translate complex business, procurement and contractual processes into practical and accessible information for end users.
- Develop and maintain web-based content, presentations, user guides and communication materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
