Business Development Representative with German – GenAI Ads Solutions Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment Type: Full-time, 39 hours/week Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year + uncapped earning potential Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels, including cold calling, email, and social selling.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand clients' business and advertising objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers, including senior and C‐level stakeholders.
C1 level of German and B2 level of English.
~2–3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
~ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid advertising, and the wider Ads ecosystem.




~ Ability to communicate confidently with senior and C‐level decision-makers.
~ Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
~ Experience managing customer or prospect databases.
~ Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
~ Previous experience working with German‐speaking markets.
