Are you an experienced, reliable domestic worker looking for a stable live-in position in Mallorca? A private household in Palma is currently seeking a dedicated live-in housekeeper to assist and support an elderly couple in their residence. Because both individuals are foreign nationals and do not speak Spanish, your natural empathy, adaptability, and clear communication will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable, caring living environment.

In this position, you will oversee the complete upkeep of the residence and ensure that daily domestic routines run smoothly. Your main duties will include:

- Daily cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance of the living spaces
- Cooking and preparing balanced daily meals
- Washing, drying, and ironing clothing and household linens
- General household organization to keep the home comfortable and tidy
- Handling grocery shopping, running errands, and providing accompaniment to medical appointments and administrative procedures
- Assisting with everyday personal tasks and practical support whenever required

You do not need formal academic diplomas for this role, as genuine care, reliability,



and practical competence are what matter most. The requirements and valued assets for this role include:

- At least 6 months of verifiable experience in domestic service, housekeeping, or personal care
- Strong capacity for adaptation and attentive communication with non-Spanish-speaking residents
- Professional training as a home care assistant or in socio-sanitary care is highly valued
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is considered an asset
- Having a valid driving licence and your own vehicle is also valued for managing errands around Palma

You will enjoy stable employment conditions with a permanent full-time contract. The gross annual salary is 17,094 EUR, paid out in 12 monthly instalments with prorated extra payments. Both accommodation and board are fully provided within the household. Your working hours run on a live-in schedule from Sunday at 21:00 through Saturday at 09:00, allowing you designated rest time during the weekend.
