Задачи:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand recruitment needs and target profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation against recruitment criteria
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide individual HR support to a team of engineering consultants, monitor their career development, and create personalized training plans
- Contribute to HR projects, including school relations, employer branding, and internal events

Требования:

- Currently pursuing a BAC+3–BAC+5 degree




- Adaptable and interested in working in an international environment
- Strong results orientation, a taste for challenges, and willingness to take initiative
- Motivated to learn and become an IT recruiter
