The Business Development Manager - Spain will focus on growing Propular's presence with property developers targeting the Portuguese market. This contract role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with developers, and presenting Propular's platform and services to key decision-makers. The person in this role will conduct market research on the Portuguese real estate sector, prepare tailored proposals,



and negotiate commercial terms in coordination with internal stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, and reporting on performance metrics and market feedback.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in real estate, proptech, or SaaS environments.
Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Comfort working with digital platforms and CRM tools, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
Self-directed work style, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple leads and projects on-site in Amsterdam.
