As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle. Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems




Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
Support reporting and communication of technical findings
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector
Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations
Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools
Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.
Control room or remote operations experience
Offshore wind or commissioning experience
Exposure to advanced turbine control systems (e.Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
