~ Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in digital transformation projects
~ Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs
~ Match internal or external consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability
~ Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals to build a pipeline of technical talent
~ Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads
~ Maintain and update ATS and resource pool records
~ Support offer preparation,



contract coordination, and onboarding communication
~ Track recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
~ Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement
~5+ Years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment
~ Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles
~ Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and Greenhouse
~ able to work across global teams
