Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing new business
Build and develop your own portfolio of clients within the Polish market
Carry out high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach methods
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls each day
Qualify prospective customers and identify business opportunities
Deliver engaging online product demonstrations
Guide prospective customers through free trial periods
Negotiate commercial agreements and close subscription sales
Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team following a successful sale
Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline
Achieve and exceed KPIs related to: Outbound activity, Calls completed, Product demonstrations, Trial-to-paid conversions, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Requirements
~ Native or bilingual Polish
~ Fluent English (spoken and written)
~1–6 years of experience in a sales role, such as:
Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Contact Centre Sales
~ Previous cold-calling experience is essential
~ Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day
~ A proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
~ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
~ Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset
~ Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable
~ Must already be legally residing in Spain
~ Flexibility to work hours that align with the US time zone when required
