- As our Customer Success Manager - Spain & Iberia,
you will own and develop relationships with a portfolio focused primarily on mid-market fitness businesses operating 5 to 50 locations
- Your goal is simple: help your customers get maximum value from Virtuagym and build partnerships that last
- You’ll guide customers through onboarding and implementation, support them as they expand Virtuagym across multiple locations and continuously look for opportunities to improve adoption, retention and growth. Your portfolio may also include customers outside Iberia, whom you’ll support in English
- Our Customer Success team is spread across Europe, including Spain, the Netherlands and Germany, and works closely with colleagues in Medellín. You’ll collaborate with the CSM already supporting the Iberian market, as well as our Sales, Product and Support teams
