We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance management of our fleet and facilities in Hoznayo, ensuring vehicle availability, operational safety and cost control.
This position will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, the technical team and external suppliers, working closely with Operations to minimise vehicle downtime and ensure service continuity.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet.
Manage the maintenance team, organising workloads, priorities and shifts.
Monitor maintenance costs and ensure compliance with the agreed budget.
Keep technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, environmental and risk prevention standards.
Technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience managing the maintenance of commercial or industrial vehicle fleets.
Knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and cost control.
Proficiency in IT tools and maintenance management systems.
Experience in transport, logistics or heavy vehicle fleet management.
Knowledge of regulations applicable to commercial and industrial vehicle fleets.
Experience in budget management and supplier negotiation.
A level of English that allows you to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
