The People Analytics Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders across Marine, Energy and Group Functions, enabling data informed decisions on workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness and future workforce priorities.
By combining business acumen, consulting expertise and advanced analytics, the role translates complex business challenges into actionable workforce insights and recommendations. The People Analytics Partner partners closely with leaders to identify opportunities,



address organizational challenges and maximize the impact of people-related investments and interventions.
Beyond delivering insights, the role plays a key part in advancing Wärtsilä's People Analytics capabilities. This includes shaping the People Analytics roadmap, supporting the evolution and adoption of Visier, onboarding new workforce data sources and ensuring that analytics solutions continue to meet evolving business and HR needs.
The role also acts as a catalyst for data-informed decision-making, helping build analytical capabilities across HR and promoting innovative approaches to address future workforce and work challenges.
We are ideally looking for an individual based in Finland to connect and align with senior stakeholders and group corporate functions and operate across integral timezones, but would consider other European locations.
